A 25,000ft² new build lab enabled office building on the edge of the established Quadrant Science Park in Oxford. The building is designed to accommodate lab facilities on the ground floor with office/write up space on first floor. The previous land use of the site has resulted in a complex substructure solution which is being delivered whilst minimising the use of carbon intensive materials.
