Phase 2

88,000ft² of new build lab enabled science, research and office space over three buildings making up Phase 2 of the 4 Phase Masterplan. The buildings consist of three floors built to Shell and Core and Cat-A fit-out. In addition, the works also include the extension of the existing MSCP. An extensive infrastructure package was procured prior to the main which included significant remediation works necessary on the site to mitigate the contamination issues.
