MEGAN OWEN

Apprentice Project Surveyor

Megan joined CB3 in August 2025 as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor and is currently studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at Anglia Ruskin University.

Megan enjoys working collaboratively with the different disciplines across the construction industry and particularly values the opportunity to see projects develop from design through to construction. She enjoys visiting sites, gaining practical experience and seeing how the various elements of a project come together to deliver the finished building.

Outside of work and university, Megan enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym, travelling abroad with her friends and spending time outdoors dog walking.
