Senior Project Surveyor

Dawn joined CB3 in July 2021. She has over 25 years’ experience as a project surveyor, delivering various projects locally and nationally. Dawn has worked is experienced in delivering projects which range from student accommodation in listed buildings with significant heritage issues to overcome to new build laboratory and office fit outs. Dawn is also experienced in delivering Employer’s Agent role, a role she is currently delivering on a number of complex lab enabled schemes in Cambridge, Oxford and London.

Out of work you can often find Dawn relaxing with her family enjoying trips abroad and spending time with her dog on British coastal walks.
