FRANCIS MUNNELLY

Apprentice Project Surveyor

Francis joined CB3 as an Apprentice Project Surveyor in August 2023. Since then, he has gained experience primarily in assisting with office and lab fit out projects. He has developed a knowledge of the industry through a combination of practical experience together with studying towards his BSc Quantity Surveying degree. Francis has recently developed an interest in net-zero carbon schemes and is continuing to provide cost management services across CB3’s wide range of projects.

Outside of work, Francis is a keen football fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
