One of the founding Directors of CB3, Iain brings over 22 years of construction industry experience. Iain has experience across a wide range of sectors from science and commercial projects to student accommodation, higher education facilities, sports/leisure, and arts. Iain specialises in early masterplan cost advice and delivering complex schemes within the budgets set. Low carbon construction is high on CB3 and Iain’s priorities and is a key part of the advice Iain can provide throughout the life of a project.

Iain enjoys family time, dog walking, a spot of DIY and spending time in the garden when he’s not working.
