JAMES CANNING

Associate

James is a chartered RICS surveyor who joined CB3 in December 2021 as an Associate. He has previously spent 9 years delivering cost management services on Laboratory, Commercial, Education and Infrastructure Projects ranging from £500k-£250m. James specialises as a Building and MEP Quantity Surveyor. His extensive MEP background was established having originally started his career as an MEP Quantity Surveyor. He has strong MEP experience on Laboratory, mixed-use Office developments and Infrastructure Projects.

Outside of work, James is a keen single figure golfer with interests in cars and motorsports.
