JAMES CHIVERS

James joined CB3 in May 2021 as a Graduate Project Surveyor and through a combination of his hard work and support from the CB3 team qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in July 2022. James has experience delivering projects in the industrial sector, commercial office and lab sectors. James understands the complexities of delivering projects on contaminated brownfield sites and has successfully procured and delivered projects recently on some of the most highly contaminated sites in the UK.

Away from the office James is a dedicated sportsman, playing football for his local team, in addition to finding time to spend with his fiancé and dog.
