Project Director

Lewis joined CB3 Consulting in January 2022 as a Project Director having previously spent 15 years providing cost management services to private and public sector clients for a large multinational organisation. Lewis became a chartered surveyor in 2013 and an RICS APC Assessor in 2017 and now relishes mentoring prospective APC candidates. Lewis played a key role in preparing James Chivers for his recent APC success. Lewis specialises and has a real passion for mechanical and electrical services, which is a crucial element in delivering construction projects to budget and aiding the UK’s shift towards net zero carbon.

When the calculator and scale ruler are down, Lewis enjoys holidaying with his family, dining out and keeping active by playing football and running.
