NICK FLANAGAN

Director

Nick is a founding Director of CB3 and has over 24 years’ experience as a Construction Cost Manager, primarily delivering science and research projects in the commercial and public sector. Nick has delivered highly technical GMP and Home Office compliant laboratory facilities, understanding how to successfully set up and deliver a project to those standards. This cross-sector experience ensures Nick is a specialist in the technical aspects of science facilities and has a thorough understanding on the key drivers for all aspects of the market to bring innovative approaches to projects.

Away from the office Nick enjoys family time away travelling Europe and is a long-distance runner.
