Graduate Project Surveyor

Wayne joined CB3 Consulting in November 2023 as a Graduate Project Surveyor after achieving a First Class BSc in Quantity Surveying, and previously providing cost advice on commercial projects ranging from £1-£25million in London. Wayne has begun his journey working on his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor with an aim to complete by late 2025. Wayne has developed an interest in sustainability and the principles within design, technology and construction which contribute to sustainable construction. This theory is now being put into practice with his work on delivering construction projects utilising several methods of construction and considering alternative materials.
